How we handle your information

• This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.
• There is no advertising, no remarketing and no tracking of you across other websites.
• The only information we ask for is what you type into the contact form.
• We never sell your information and we never pass it to anyone for marketing.

The contact form asks for your name, your business name, your email address, an optional phone number, and your message. Nothing else is collected and nothing is added behind the scenes.

We use it for one thing: replying to you about your enquiry, and following up while we work out whether we can help. You will not be added to a mailing list and you will not be contacted about anything you did not ask about.

Submissions are stored in a Supabase database that only we can read. They are kept while there is a live conversation and for up to two years afterwards so we have a record of what was discussed, then deleted. If you want yours removed sooner, email us and we will do it.

The missed call calculator runs entirely in your browser. The numbers you put in are never sent to us or to anyone else, they are not saved, and they disappear the moment you close the tab. Use it with your real figures.

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how quickly the site loads. Both are chosen for being privacy friendly: they set no cookies, they do not build a profile of you, and they cannot follow you to other websites.

What we see is counts and page names, not people. We cannot tell who you are from it, and we could not identify you in it even if we wanted to.

Our host also keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period. That is ordinary infrastructure record keeping for security and fault finding, and we do not use those logs to work out who anyone is.

This site sets none. That is why you were not shown a cookie banner. Nothing is written to your browser storage either, so there is nothing here for you to clear or opt out of.

Only the services we need to run the site, and only for that purpose:

• Vercel, which hosts the website and provides the visitor counts described above.
• Supabase, which stores contact form submissions.
• Google Mail, because that is where our email lives, so anything you email us sits there.

Some of these store data on servers outside Australia. That is normal for hosted software, and it is the trade for using services that are properly maintained and secured.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. We would only ever hand something over if the law required it.

The call recordings on the home page are demonstrations. The agent is real, but the callers are not customers, and the names, jobs and times in them are made up. No real person's call has been published on this site.

Running a phone agent for your business means handling calls from your customers, which is a bigger question than this website. It is covered by a separate written agreement before anything goes live, including how calls are recorded, what callers are told, how long recordings are kept and who can get to them. We do not start any of that on a handshake.

Contact submissions travel over an encrypted connection and land in a database with access rules that let the website add a message and nothing more. The website cannot read back what has already been submitted, so a problem with the site could not expose past enquiries.

No system is perfect and we are not going to pretend otherwise. If something ever went wrong in a way that put your information at risk, we would tell you.

Email angelo.automations@gmail.com and ask. You can request a copy of what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will action it within a reasonable time and we will not ask you why.

We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. If you think we have got something wrong, tell us first and we will try to sort it out. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can raise it with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

This site is for business owners and is not aimed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no version of this where we quietly start doing something the page says we do not.
